We have added a new series of Game Art Design tutorials to our collection and they look really great. They're from Noesis Interactive, a bay area company that specializes in "training materials for game modders and indie-developers, multi-disciplinary artists within fields such as: game design, programming, 3D and 2D art, machinima, UI design and web development."
The series we have is called "Mod Your World" and teaches people how to "mod" or modify "computer games, especially first-person shooters and real-time strategy games. Mods are made by the general public, and can be entirely new games in themselves. They can include new items, weapons, characters, enemies, models, modes, textures, levels, and story lines. They also usually take place in unique locations. They can be single-player or multiplayer."
Please come check out these new tutorials and let us know what you think - we would really like to know if you think they are as useful as they look.
